"From the tornado on July 27th, my vehicle and outside personal property were damaged. I called Eric Hosking State Farm Insurance Agency to report it and determine what would be covered. I talked with Jocelyn, who answered my questions and explained the process. She was so knowledgeable and efficient, I couldn’t believe how easily it all went. She started the two claims, auto and personal property, immediately. A few hours later I received an email from her that the claims were filed, a repair shop for the vehicle damage reserved and a car rental reservation made. This was on a Friday afternoon, Monday at noon I received another email that the estimate of damage was completed and a check had been issued for the personal property. I can’t express enough how easily and painless Jocelyn and the agency made the whole process go. Hopefully they’ll read this review and know how very thankful I am."
